Clayton Police report for May 10-16, 2019

The dates shown indicate when the incident was reported to the Police Department.

ARRESTS

May 12, Tara Court. A Concord man, 38, was arrested for an outstanding warrant after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

 

May 13, 5400 Clayton Road. A Concord man, 23, was arrested for reckless driving in the Clayton Station parking lot. He was released on his signed promise to appear.

May 14, Lydia Lane and Rachel Ranch Court.  A 26-year-old transient male was arrested for an outstanding warrant and for possession of a controlled substance.  His 31-year-old friend from Concord was also arrested.  They were released on their signed promise to appear.

May 15, 1500 Kirker Pass Road.  A 33-year-old Antioch man was arrested for possession drug paraphernalia, for driving without a license and for possession of an open container while driving. He was released on his signed promise to appear.

May 15, Main and Oak Streets.  A 25-year-old Concord man was arrested for DUI after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

May 16, Kirker Pass Road.  A Clayton man, 24, was arrested for the unlawful use of tear gas and for being a narcotic addict in possession of tear gas after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was released on his signed promise to appear.
