Help shape the future of Concord's Ellis Lake Park

Help shape the future of Concord’s Ellis Lake Park

CONCORD, CA—First 5 Contra Costa and Monument Impact have partnered with The City of Concord to improve Ellis Lake Park. They want to secure a State of California grant which would provide funding for improvements to Ellis Lake Park. But they need your ideas. Designing the improvements with significant community input will encourage higher usage, better protection, and a safer environment. Their goals include:

  • Selecting and designing recreation features
  • Locating the selected recreation features within the park
  • Identifying safe public use and park beautification ideas

If awarded, this State grant will provide funding for future programming, amenities, and operational needs of the park. Learn more about the Prop. 68 grant opportunity.

Resident input will help guide the plan to ensure the park improvements reflect the needs and desires of the community. The following virtual workshops are coming up.
