Gratitude

Here is a poem of gratitude a member wrote about Clayton Valley Village’s volunteers:

As we enjoy our golden years
We’re thankful to you, our volunteers

We appreciate you for who you are
No task too small, no drive too far

Familiar faces coming to our door
You help with our yard work, lightbulbs and more

You drive us to doctors, to shopping and banks
To you we offer our heartfelt thanks

Your newsletters and photos keep us engaged
As we joyfully scroll through each beautiful page

Because you do what we can’t do
We are grateful to you
