Arrests

May 3 – Forest Hill Dr.  Warrant.  A 30-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

May 4 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 33-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

May 7 – Concord Blvd./Kirker Pass Rd.  Drive While License Suspended/Revoked for DUI.  A 24-year-old Brentwood female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was released on her signed promise to appear.

May 9 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Petty Theft; Warrant.  A 36-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.

May 10 – Clayton Rd./El Camino Dr.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 42-year-old Brentwood male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

May 11 – Oak St.  Battery on a Person; Probation Violation.  A 28-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

May 22 – 5500 Clayton Rd.  Warrant. A 38-year-old transient male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.

May 25 – Concord Blvd./Kirker Pass Rd.  Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 43-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

May 29 – Marsh Creek Rd./Diablo Pkwy.  Warrant.  A 54-year-old Discovery Bay male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

May 30 – Delaware Dr./Arizona Dr.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 59-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
