Arrests

July 2 – Kelok Way.  Carry Concealed Weapon in Vehicle; Possess Marijuana Over 1 Ounce.  A 23-year-old Dixon male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 4 – 6400 Clayton Rd.  DUI: Any Drug; Drive Without a License.  A 21-year-old Compton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 5 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Possess Controlled Substance; Destroy/Conceal Evidence.  A 40-year-old San Bruno male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

July 11 – Clayton Rd./Tara Dr. DUI Combined Alcohol & Drug; Possess Controlled Substances without a Prescription.  A 26-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 11 – Pamplona Ct./Camino Estrada.  Drive While License Suspended for DUI; Probation Violation.  A 43-year-old transient male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

July 14 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 41-year-old transient female was arrested after being contacted by officers.  She was released on her signed promise to appear.

July 14 – El Portal Pl.  Battery: Spouse/Ex Spouse/Date/Etc.  A 41-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 17 – Concord Blvd./Alicante Ct.  Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Possess Controlled Substances Without Prescription; Possession of Marijuana of Less Than One Ounce While Driving a Motor Vehicle; Parole Violation.  A 62-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.

July 19 – Alberta Wy./Park Highlands Blvd.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 47-year-old  Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 20 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 41-year-old  Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 23 – Clayton Rd./Allegro Ave.  Warrant.  A 36-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

July 26 – Marsh Creek Rd./Bigelow St.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%; Probation Violation.  A 64-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
