April 1 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Trespass: Injure Property.  A 30-year-old  Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

April 4 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  Warrant.  A 30-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

April 11 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 31-year-old Clayton female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

April 16 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Possess Controlled Substance; Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 46-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

April 18 – Marsh Creek Rd./Old Marsh Creek Rd.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 72-year-old Clayton female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.

April 18 – Marsh Creek Rd./Bigelow St.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%; Drive While License Suspended/Revoked for DUI; Probation Violation.  A 64-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.

April 19 – Clayton Rd./Marsh Creek Rd.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 25-year-old Angel Camp male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

April 28 – Eagle Peak Ave./Miwok Wy.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 30-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
