Bay Area KidFest bigger than ever THIS WEEKEND at Toyota Pavilion at Concord

CONCORD, CA (May 20, 2025) — Bay Area KidFest is coming to the world-famous Toyota Pavilion at Concord this weekend. The area’s landmark venue celebrates the 50th Anniversary of its opening in May 1975 with the East Bay’s premier annual family festival!
Enjoy this Memorial Day Weekend at one of the Bay Area’s longest-running family events featuring three days of jam-packed entertainment, activities, food and fun at the Pavilion.
Tickets are always available at the door during KidFest! In advance, discount all-day ride wristbands and admission tickets are on sale until Friday morning.
There are three free shows daily for Puppy Pals Live from America’s Got Talent and Wildlife Wendy’s Tropical Bird Show, plus free non-stop entertainment on the Main Stage, meet and greets with Olaf, Mario, Bluey, Sonic and Princess Peach in the KidFest Marketplace Pavilion. All day children can experience another popular annual KidFest attraction Kid’s Town America.
There are dozens of free kid’s activities including balloon hats and animals, friendship bracelets, spin art, keepsake handprints, slides, crawls, bounce houses and much more included in the low admission price.

There are 2 eclectic Food Courts, arts and crafts and exhibitor booths in the KidFest Marketplace.

For the 14th year, KidFest presents a special Memorial Day ceremony at noon this Monday, May 26, with the 21-time World Champion Concord Blue Devils C Drum and Bugle Corps, Mt. Diablo High School Jr. ROTC color guard and music honoring America’s service people past and present.
Admission tickets, ride wristbands and ride tickets go on sale each day at KidFest starting at 9:30 a.m. Admission is just $9 with a donation of canned food to the Monument Crisis Center or $10 without can donation.
This Saturday celebrates our collaboration for food donations through Monument Crisis Center with a Double Can Day. A person donating two canned goods on Saturday gets $2 off their admission. A family of 4 bringing 8 cans will save a total of $8 off their admission ticket purchase.
Babies under 24 months and seniors 65+ are always free.
KidFest offers an all-day, all-rides wristband to be used on 20 thrilling children’s rides for kids of all ages, including Waterballerz, Dragon Wagon roller coaster, Euro Bungy Jump, Ferris wheel, giant slide, petting zoo, pony rides, Fun Express train, jeeps, Spider Mountain, Zorb Balls and more. Ride Wristbands are $40 and are sold in the KidFest grounds. We also have three different Ride Ticket packages (20, 50 and 100 tickets) on sale all day at KidFest.
Proceeds from Bay Area KidFest benefit local educational, health and sports groups, which have received over $120,000 in cash donations from producer Bay Area Festivals since 2010.
The first 500 families through the Pavilion gate each morning at KidFest receive a free KidFest Goody Bag.
KidFest is open 10 am – 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and 10 am – 5 pm on Memorial Day Monday. KidFest is held at Toyota Pavilion at Concord, 2000 Kirker Pass Rd.
