Congratulations
Giovy Webb

The Webb Family is proud to announce the graduation of their daughter, Giovy, from Yale University.

Giovy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethics, Politics & Economics, an applied honors major, and a minor in Geology & Geophysics Energy Studies.  Giovy graduated with honors while playing softball for the Ivy League and the Peruvian National Softball Team. She participated in the 2019 Pan-American Games and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Softball Qualifiers.

Giovy was also an Executive Board member of the Yale Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, the nation’s first Greek-letter fraternity for women (founded in 1870), and President of The Aurelian Honor Society, Yale’s fifth-oldest secret society (founded in 1910) and first society to admit women.  Following graduation, Giovy will be joining Microsoft. She plans to move to San Francisco this summer to begin her STEM career.

Congratulations Giovy! You were six years old when we signed you up for Peanuts T-ball at Clayton Valley Little League. Fast forward sixteen years and here you are, playing internationally in Olympic qualifiers, sharing the field with your softball idols from Team USA, and accomplishing so much off the field as well! To say we are proud of you is truly an understatement! Your drive, resilience and work ethic will continue to be key to your continued success. Keep working hard and remember to enjoy the moments!
-Love, Mama & Pops.
