Panera Bread opens new location at Clayton Valley Shopping CenterPanera Bread has opened a new location at the Clayton Valley Shopping center on Ygnacio Valley Road. A ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday made it official. In addition to great food, such as the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with chicken or the Maple Bacon Scrambled Egg and Cheese Wrap, the new location offers a Rapid Pick-Up station for to-go orders, designed to cut waiting time. Panera Bread is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
