Sept. 17, El Portal Pl.  A 41-year-old Martinez female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was charged with Grand Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Failure to Obey a Peace Officer and Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
