Children's hospital gets book donationSan Francisco CPA firm Navolio & Tallman, LLP donated 100 copies of the children’s book Everybody Can Dance! to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital San Francisco. The books were made available to parents in the free holiday shopping store provided by the Child Life department to help make the holiday season a little brighter for hospitalized children and their siblings.

The book celebrates diversity and the universal joy of dance. Local author Kara Navolio stated, “The Child Life staff was so happy to have a book that represents all types of children including a child in a hospital bed and one in a wheelchair.”

Jeffery Messerschmidt, a partner at Navolio & Tallman, added, “The moment I read the book I knew it was special and something that should be shared with all children, especially those at our local children’s hospital. And I’m glad that our firm could get the books to these families in time for the holidays.”
