2020 Shellie awards celebrate east bay theatre

The Shellie awards honors outstanding achievement in performing arts for Contra Costa County and the Diablo Valley region. The awards have been celebrated in the east bay since 1979, where they were first held in a walnut packing warehouse (during the off—season).

This 41st Shellie awards ceremony was held Jan. 11 at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek.
